Think About It & Get Back To Us B&D

YOU SHOULDN'T HAVE TO JUMP FOR JOY

Deep In A Dream: Sheep Meadow 1

Tis the season to be joyful,
but what if we don't know
how?

How do we    Joy?

Moments of Joy

What brings us joy?
"Brings" us?
Whose doing the bringing?
What is doing the bringing?
Are we just here waiting
for an inscrutable force
to deliver us a
package.

Maybe the moments of waiting are the joy?

Or maybe we should become more aggressive,
take the initiative & actively search for our joy?

Search?

Why is joy so hard to find?
Whose doing the looking?

If we actively look for joy will we find it
or fake it.

"ALL I AM IS WHAT I'M GOING AFTER"

"EVERYONE IS EVERYWHERE NOW."

Is it possible to be a source of joy for
another & not experience joy yourself?

We'd like to test this out one day:
Being a source of Joy.
How could a source of joy
not be joyful?
Could we simultaneously be
two different opposing sources?
Like a source of peace
and a source of war
all at the same time.

Ohh for sure.

Shit.

Nonetheless

We'd still like to see what would happen.

JOYFUL
(definition):

TO FEEL,
EXPRESS,
OR CAUSE
GREAT
PLEASURE
&
HAPPINESS

1. How do you feel joy?
What does that look like?
What does joy  feel like in the body?

2. How do you express joy?
Seriously?
What does that look like?

An epoch ago we gave up speaking.
Sometimes a friend would tell us his stories
& instead of laughing out loud
we'd clap without even
thinking.

Clapping had to be an expression of joy.

And it happened without thinking.

Joy happens without thinking.

Today's Mantra:

JUST JOY.

Joy every little thing.

Find the
Littlest thing
Then find Joy
In it.

(Just do it for one day)

3. Causing Joy should be easy after 1 & 2.
Can't cause joy if we don't have any.
Something from nothing?
We're not that special.

JUST JOY

Find joy in anything
then share it with others.

1 - 2 - 3

FEEL

EXPRESS

CAUSE
