No Good's Not Bad Part 2

After accepting the promotion as Professional Tourists, Bruna&Diletta deemed it necessary to do some prior research & readings to be better prepared for the journey from Here to There.

Admittedly, judging a book by it's title, it was thought that Aldous Huxley's A Brave New World would serve for this preparatory practice. Imagine our surprise when the preface of the later edition describes how Mr. Huxley himself, unsatisfied by his manuscript wished he could have gone back and 'corrected' his 'no good' novel. As is the case with most experiences Here, going back is rarely an option, yet Huxley still managed to supply a much needed tip on how to survive our journey and new promotion...

"Chronic remorse, as all the moralists are agreed, is a most undesirable sentiment. If you have behaved badly, repent, make what amends you can and address yourself to the task of behaving better next time. On no account brood over your wrongdoing. Rolling in the muck is not the best way of getting clean."

-Huxley in the preface
of A Brave New World
