Friday Fakes Part II



We are,
What We mean
To other people.

Or are we just fakes
Who have forgotten
Our original reflection?

Born into automatic slavery
Of our surrounding influence
Will We settle for what we see
Or are ready to imagine more?


We reckon We’re ready for more.

A Fake Mash Potato Dish.


Quinoa Cauliflower 'Mash'ter of Disguise





Ingredients

Head of Cauli (chopped)
Medium Onion (finely chopped)
Cuppa Quinoa
Olive Oil
S&P 



Sautee chopped onions in olive oil ‘til translucent. Set aside.



Cook Quinoa & Cauli in 2 cups water or stock, til cauli is soft and quinoa is delish.
(approx 15-20 minutes...may need to add more water as time goes on)

Season with salt & pepper

Mash cauli and quinoa mixture, til it resembles a fake mash potato side.

Add sautéed onion on top.

Ta-Da!
