Fresh Starting Salad Seminar

RECIPE



INGREDIENTS

Half to a Whole Head of Broc

Radishes
Green onion chopped
Carrot
Handful Sunflower Seeds
Clove of Chopped garlic
Lemon Squeeze


Tip: Grating the raw broc, radishes & carrots is faster, easier & prettier then chopping,





Tip:  Prepare the salad in bowl instead of flat plate, silly goose.

Serve undressed for a complete fresh start or drizzle with squeeze of lemon juice, & olive oil
+
Pinch of salt & pepper.

Perfect!
