Parisian Lentils

Parisian Lentils taken from German Curls, ...

...cultivated in China & enjoyed in Australia. Thank heavens for delicious globalization.

Chop sweet potato & a bunch of a pumpkin into small cubes.

Sauté 2 small onions & 2 gloves of garlic in 4 tbsp of oil, then set aside.

In a deep pan, boil 4 cups of water with 1 cup Parisian lentils, the pumpkin & sweet potato. Simmer ‘til veggies are mushy and lentils are cooked (25-35 mins).
You may need to add H2O as you go,  but by the end of it all, all the water should be absorbed.

Add your sautéed onions and a dash of curry powder, along with S&P to taste. Combine together. Serve in a teacup et Voila!  Perfect (but, only a part) Parisian Lentils.
